Food trailers … a new normal for Marble Falls? Austin has been full of them but now, out here in the Highland Lakes, we have a lot of trailers in “food courts.” The ones depicted here all have good food. How do I know? I’ve tried them all.

When I was a student at UT we had the Bevo Wagon that brought precious pizza and other culiniary delights around about 10pm each week night, just in time to justify a study break — assuming that was the current activity.
Lee’s Diner, housed in the silver trailer, was the first in Marble Falls and broke the ice for others to come. It was written up in the DailyTrib in 2014 shortly after it opened.
